Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

I checked my tracking code, but no information is showing. What should I do?

We understand that you’re excited to receive your order, but there’s no need to worry! If you’re not seeing any tracking information, it might be because you’re checking too quickly. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking to become available.

We first print the shipping labels, notify you, and then proceed to ship out the order. Please rest assured that you are our priority.
